Cancel a connection request you sent

If you sent a connection request and change your mind, you can cancel it before the other collector accepts. The collector is not notified when you cancel a pending request.

You cannot cancel a request that has already been accepted. To end an existing mutual connection, open the collector's profile and click Disconnect.

Cancel from your Connections hub

To cancel a connection request you sent:

1. Sign in to CollectionStation.
2. Open your Connections hub.
3. Click the My Requests tab.
4. In the Outgoing section, find the pending request.
5. Click Cancel.

You can also open Search or Collectors to find the person you sent a request to, then cancel from their profile.

Cancel from a profile

If you already have the collector's profile open:

1. Open the collector's profile.
2. Click Cancel request.

You may also see Cancel Request on collector cards or profile hover cards when a request is still pending.

After you cancel

Once canceled:

• The pending request is removed.
• You can send a new connection request to that collector later if you choose.
• If the collector was following your public updates, that follow is unchanged.
