What are Spaces?

Spaces are public profiles for brands, shops, creators, clubs, venues, and other collecting-related organizations on CollectionStation.

Think of a Space like a business or community page you can follow — similar to following a brand on social media.

What you can do with Spaces

• Discover shops and communities in the Spaces directory (/spaces)

• Follow Spaces to see their posts in your feed

• Create a Space if you represent a brand or organization (multi-step setup at /spaces/create)

Do not confuse following a Space with joining a Group. They are different features with different URLs and permissions.

Who runs a Space?

Each Space has a team with roles such as owner, admin, and editor. Team members can post as the Space so followers see updates from the organization, not just an individual’s personal profile.

• Directory: /spaces — browse all Spaces

• Following: /spaces?tab=following — Spaces you follow

• Manage: /spaces?tab=manage — Spaces you help run

• Public home: /{space-name} — a Space’s main timeline and profile

Mobile

Spaces are available on the website today. Dedicated Space features in the mobile app are planned for a later release.
