Report a collector profile

Use profile reporting when a collector's profile, username, bio, or public activity on CollectionStation may violate our Community Standards.

Report a profile

To report a collector on CollectionStation:

1. Sign in to CollectionStation.
2. Go to the collector's profile by clicking their name in your feed, opening them from Collectors, or searching for their username.
3. Open the More menu (⋯).
4. Click Report.
5. Choose the option that best describes how this profile goes against our Community Standards.
6. If prompted, add a short explanation, then click Report.

After you submit the report, CollectionStation sends it to our moderation team for review. You may not receive a direct reply, but your report helps us take action when needed.

What to include

Choose the most accurate reason and add details that help moderators understand the issue. For example:

• What on the profile looks abusive, spammy, misleading, or unsafe.
• Whether the profile is impersonating someone else.
• Any related posts, messages, or group activity that supports your report.

Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in the report text.

If you cannot report from the profile

If you do not have an account, cannot sign in, or cannot open the profile you want to report (for example, because a collector blocked you), use the chat icon in the lower-right corner of CollectionStation. Include the collector's username, links, and any screenshots you have.

If a collector is bothering you

If you want to stop interacting with someone but do not need a moderation review, you can remove a connection or block the collector instead. See Block a collector and Unblock a collector for details.

Blocking a collector also sends a report to CollectionStation staff.
