Report photos and videos

Use this guide when a photo or video on CollectionStation may be abusive, spammy, misleading, or against our Community Standards.

Photos and videos may appear in your feed, on a collector's profile, or in a group gallery.

Report a photo or video in your feed

To report a photo or video attached to a feed post:

1. Sign in to CollectionStation.
2. Open Feed and find the post that contains the photo or video.
3. Click the photo or video to expand it, if you want a closer look.
4. Open the More menu (⋯) on the post.
5. Click Report Post.
6. Choose the option that best describes the issue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Reporting the post sends the attached photo or video to CollectionStation moderators for review.

Report a photo or video in a group gallery

If you see a photo or video in a group gallery that should be reviewed:

1. Open the group and go to the Photos or gallery area.
2. Click the photo or video to open the viewer.
3. If you see a Report option, choose the reason that best matches the issue and submit the report.
4. If you do not see a report option, use the chat icon in the lower-right corner of CollectionStation. Include the group name, a link to the gallery if you have one, and any screenshots.

If you cannot view the photo or video

If privacy settings prevent you from opening the full-size photo or video, use the chat icon in the lower-right corner of CollectionStation. Include the collector's username, the group or post link if available, and a short description of what you are reporting.

Block the collector who posted the media
